JointTech App respects and protects the privacy of all users of the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, JointTech App will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However,
JointTech App will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, JointTech App will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission.
JointTech App will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When you agree to the JointTech App Service Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part
of the JointTech App Service Usage Agreement.
1. Application scope
A) When you use the JointTech App network service or visit the JointTech App platform web page, the JointTech App automatically receives and records the information on your browser and computer. Including but
not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware features, and web page records required by you;
B) Personal data of users obtained by JointTech App from business partners through legal means.
2. Use of information
A) JointTech App will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless you have obtained your prior permission, or unless such third party and JointTech App
(including JointTech App affiliates) provide services to you individually or jointly. And after the service, it will be prohibited from accessing all of these materials, including those previously accessible to it.
B) JointTech App also
does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or distribute your personal information by any means. If any user of the JointTech App platform engages in any of the above activities, we have the right to terminate the service agreement
with that user immediately.
C) For the purpose of serving users, JointTech App may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest to you, including, but not limited to, sending you product and service information,
or sharing information with our partners so that they send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
3. Information disclosure
JointTech App will disclose your personal information in whole or in part at your discretion or as required by law under the following circumstances:
A) disclose to a third party with your prior consent;
B) Must share your personal information with third parties in order to provide the products and services required by you;
C) Disclose to a third party or an administrative
or judicial organ in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of an administrative or judicial organ;
D) If you violate the relevant Laws and regulations of China or the Service agreement of JointTech App
or relevant rules, you need to disclose to a third party;
E) If you are a qualified INTELLECTUAL property complainant and have filed a complaint, you shall disclose it to the Complainant at the request of the complainant so that the parties
can settle any possible rights dispute;
F) In a transaction created on the JointTech App platform, if any party to the transaction performs or partially performs the transaction obligations and requests for information disclosure, JointTech
App has the right to decide to provide the user with the contact information of its counterparty and other necessary information to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of the dispute.
G) Other disclosures deemed
appropriate by JointTech App under laws, regulations or website policies.
4. Information storage and exchange
The information and data collected by the JointTech App about you will be stored on the Servers of the JointTech App and/or its affiliates, This information and data may be sent to and accessed,
stored and displayed outside your country or region or where the JointTech App collects the information and data.
5. Information security
A) All Accounts of the JointTech App have security protection functions. Keep your user name and password safe. JointTech App encrypts user passwords to ensure that your information is not lost, abused or altered.
Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there is no such thing as "perfect security measures" on information networks.
B) When you use the JointTech App network service to conduct online transactions, it is
inevitable for you to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to counterparties or potential counterparties. Please properly protect your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary.
If you find that your personal information, especially the user name and password of the JointTech App are leaked, please contact the Customer service of JointTech App immediately so that JointTech App can take appropriate measures.
